A stylish hotel: Home Buenos Aires

Home Buenos Aires is a boutique guesthouse in the Palermo Hollywood district, 20 minutes by car away from the centre of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is inside an intimate and stylish building, opened in 2005 by the Argentinian Patricia O´Shea and her English husband Tom Rixton. The hotel is near the botanical garden, zoo, several museums, art galleries and cafes.

Home Buenos Aires has a beautiful garden and it is an Eco-friendly hotel made by wood, glass and colourful decorations. Above all, the furniture is a mix of modern and retro pieces like 50’s Scandinavian chairs and sofas for the lobby.

The hotel offers 20 rooms (3 standard, 3 standard plus, 8 superior, 4 suites and 2 lofts) with custom-made wood beds and huge windows. All the rooms have unique floral wallpapers and the Suites have 50s vintage furniture and a Jacuzzi. The poolside Suites have a private outdoor area with fireplace. In addition, the Garden Suites have a separate lounge area, a rooftop terrace and private pool. Furthermore, the Lofts are two level apartments near the hotel, equipped with kitchen, BBQ and a living room area .

The Resto-Bar, overlooking the garden, has stylish chairs and tables and colourful vintage wallpapers. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the dishes are made with local and seasonal food. Moreover,  selection of Argentinean wines and cocktails are available for guests.

The spacious lobby is perfect for reading magazines or books from the library. In addition, guests can relax next to the outdoor heated swimming pool.  The Spa of the hotel offers massage, body & facial therapies.
